Before we left, we called the Colonial Shooting Academy in advance to be absolutely sure that out-of-state visitors like us could try out their services (under proper supervision of course). We browsed in the shop and selected a tee-shirt and approached a different counter to pay- it was here we were served by Tony K- he asked if we had been on the range and I explained no instructors were available- he very kindly volunteered to take us onto the range. We signed all the necessary forms and waivers, provided photo ID and watched a very informative 8 minute safety video. The office phoned CSA to check tourists could shoot and we were told to go straight down. We were visiting from Ireland and found a flyer for colonial shooting academy (CSA) in the tourist information office. The Kootenai County Coroner’s Office will determine the cause of death.
